Immediate Requirement for Project Associate

**Description**:
Position Overview:
As a **Project Associate for Road Safety Education** vertical, you will be expected to have a background of content writing, conducting training sessions in different languages (preferably English & Hindi). You will be responsible for designing and organising structured training programs, conducting workshops, and collaborating with schools (in case project requires to). This position requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and educate diverse audiences.

Language proficiency requirement: English, Hindi. Any other regional language is a bonus.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Designing and executing effective, fit-to-purpose training sessions and other events for State/district/block officials and effectively facilitating the same. 2. Utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and materials to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes. 3. Comprehending engineering aspects of Road Safety and must be able to explain these aspects in training sessions in an easy manner. 4. Provide guidance and support to educators in implementing road safety education initiatives within their schools. 5. Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in road safety education to continually enhance training content. 6. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and program outcomes. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to raise awareness of road safety education programs. 8. Represent the organization at events and conduct community outreach activities to promote vision and mission of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in education, public health, road engineering, or similar field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering training or educational programs.
- Other Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and community stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel across India.
