**Roles of a Telesales Advisor**:

- Act as the **first point of contact** between the company and potential or existing customers via phone.
- Promote **products or services** over the phone to generate sales.
- Build and maintain **positive relationships** with customers.
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to reach sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls** to leads or existing customers to sell products/services.
- **Answer incoming calls** from potential customers and provide information.
- **Understand customer needs** and recommend suitable products or services.
- **Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets** for sales, calls, and conversions.
- Use CRM tools to **update customer information and follow-up notes**.
- Handle **customer objections or queries** in a professional manner.
- **Follow scripts and guidelines**, but personalize conversations when needed.
- Coordinate with other departments for **after-sales support**.
- Stay updated on **product features, pricing, and promotions**.
- Maintain a **high level of professionalism and product knowledge** during every interaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,302.07 - ₹18,759.77 per month
