**Job Role**: Technical Trainer (Programming & Development)

**Location**: Erode

**Qualification**:

- ME/M.Tech (Computer Science & Allied Departments)

**Salary Details**:

- **ME Freshers**:

- During Internship (based on interview performance)**:₹25,000**:

- After Internship (based on exit test performance)**:4 - 8 LPA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct placement and skill development training sessions in colleges.
- Teach programming languages & technologies: C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack, MERN Stack, Web Development (Front-end & Back-end).
- Deliver sessions with 30% theory and 70% practical (live coding & problem-solving).
- Guide and mentor students to improve technical skills and coding confidence.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: C, Java, Python, Data Structures, Algorithms, Java Full Stack, MERN/MEAN Stack.
- Problem-solving & live coding expertise.
- Confident presentation & public speaking skills.
- Good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
