**Designation**:Client Service Executive (Voice)**

**Night Shift**:Night Shift
- Communicating with Patient's Dental Insurance
- Inquiring about the Dental policy benefit information as well as outstanding claims
- Understanding the additional guidelines which might affect the coverage
- Obtaining the benefit information on required template

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education: Graduate, Post Graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience in Dental Billing is preferred
- Familiarity with CDT, ADA, HIPAA will be advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service
- Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift)
- Typing Speed 40 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy
- Freshers can also apply
