**Image Interpretation**:

- Analyze and interpret CT and MRI scans to diagnose medical conditions.
- Provide detailed, accurate reports of findings, including any abnormalities or diseases detected.
- **Consultation**:

- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings, answer questions, and provide insights on patient care.
- Recommend additional imaging or tests if necessary to further evaluate patient conditions.
- **Patient Interaction**:

- Explain imaging procedures to patients, ensuring they understand the process and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain high standards of image quality and accuracy in diagnosis.
- Participate in regular quality control checks and audits to ensure imaging equipment is functioning correctly.
- **Documentation**:

- Accurately document findings in the patient’s medical record.
- Prepare and present reports in a timely manner.
- **Continual Learning**:

- Stay updated on advancements in radiology and imaging technology.
- Participate in ongoing education and training sessions.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to radiology and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including radiation safety guidelines where applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MD or equivalent medical degree, with a specialization in Radiology.
- **Certification**: Board certification in Radiology.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in interpreting CT and MRI scans, preferably in a clinical or diagnostic center setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in radiology software and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems).

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: Clinical setting within a diagnostic center.
- **Hours**: Full-time, with possible on-call duties as needed.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to sit for extended periods and work with imaging equipment.
