**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions. This role involves close monitoring of patients, administering medications, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure optimal healthcare outcomes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately in medical records.
- Assist in medical procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during their stay.
- Maintain and operate medical equipment safely and effectively.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary care.
- Participate in training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge in nursing practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification from a recognized authority.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong clinical and technical nursing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using healthcare technology and electronic medical records (EMRs).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
