**VOC Automotive India Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for passionate and customer Service Advisors to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Requirements:

- Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Maintain accurate service cost estimates service records, ensure timely service completion and manage service workflow.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Inform servicing date, promote additional services and products to customers.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
- Technical certifications or automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on customer demand.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
