Receptionist

As a Receptionist at our logistics company, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and professional impression of the company by providing excellent customer service and efficiently managing the reception area. This role involves a combination of administrative and communication tasks, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Visitor Assistance**: Ensure visitors sign in and issue visitor badges as required. Provide information and directions to visitors as needed. Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Schedule and manage conference room bookings. Assist in coordinating company events and meetings.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls. Manage and update contact information for employees and clients.
- **Security and Safety**: Monitor and control access to the premises. Follow security protocols and report any suspicious activity. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations. Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned.
