Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually captivating content for various digital platforms. Your expertise in video creation, editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across major social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media posts, reels, and other digital platforms.
- Utilize your videography and photography skills to capture visually appealing footage and images that align with our brand identity.
- Edit and enhance video content, incorporating motion graphics, sound mixing, and background music to create compelling and immersive experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video projects.
- Ensure that all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent messaging.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance content creation, storytelling, and creative ideation.
- Incorporate AI-generated visuals, animations, and effects to create dynamic and engaging videos.
- Leverage AI prompting to generate creative ideas and concepts for content development.

2. Social Media Optimization:

- Create short videos, reels, and visual assets tailored to specific social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize content for different platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and virality.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to develop innovative and shareable content.

3. Creative Coordination:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and execute creative projects.
- Provide creative inputs and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and impact of content.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of content creation projects, adhering to established timelines and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. Resource Management:

- Utilize available resources efficiently and creatively to produce content within budgetary constraints.
- Identify and recommend suitable equipment, tools, and software for content creation, editing, and motion graphics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in film production, multimedia, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
- Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics basics and experience with software like Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Proficiency in capturing high-quality videos and photos using professional cameras and equipment.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and visually engaging stories through video content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements, especially for video-based content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, sound mixing, and background music selection.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
