We are looking for an experienced **Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist** from India who can work during US business hours to help optimize our digital presence, drive traffic, and generate leads.

As a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence, focusing on SEO, local search optimization, and advanced digital marketing strategies. You will work directly with the business owner to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to boost website rankings and traffic.
- Optimize the website for on-page and technical SEO, improving speed, mobile usability, and content structure.
- Enhance local SEO efforts, managing our Google My Business profile to attract local customers.
- Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for better ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, SEO performance, and marketing campaign results.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and website optimization.
- Proven success in driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar for keyword research, tracking, and optimization.
- Experience managing Google My Business and local SEO strategies.
- Ability to run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and self-motivated.
- Availability to work during US business hours (Dallas time zone).
