**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive - Insurance Sales

**Location**: Pondicherry / Puducherry

**Job Type**: Full-Time | On-site / Inbound & Outbound Voice Process

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers to sell insurance products (Health / Life)
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of insurance policies
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain call logs and follow compliance protocols

**Eligibility**:

- **Qualification**: Any Degree / Diploma
- **Language**: Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English
- **Preferred**: Sales-oriented mindset with basic computer knowledge
