X-ray Technician

**Job Summary**:
The X-Ray Technician is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. This role involves operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures following physician’s orders.
- Prepare and position patients accurately to capture the required diagnostic images.
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety standards.
- Explain procedures to patients and address any concerns they may have.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis.
- Monitor and manage imaging supplies and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Radiology or Medical Imaging Technology.
- Valid certification as an X-Ray Technician.
- 2-4 years of experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in operating X-ray and imaging equipment.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,382.36 per month
