**Teacher Responsibilities and Duties**
- Serve as the main teacher, managing the classroom, nurturing students, and assessing their progress effectively.
- Plan and execute daily activities by adhering to curriculum guidelines and standards.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, create engaging learning environments, set up learning centers, and organize essential teaching resources.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and joyful classroom atmosphere conducive to the overall development of children.
- Actively participate in planning, organizing, and executing school events and special days.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with parents, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.
- Uphold team spirit and collaborate effectively as an active team player.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 1+ years of teaching experience in reputed schools.
- **Qualification**:
Graduates/Post-graduates with excellent communication skills. (B.Ed/PPTC/NTT certification will be an added advantage.)
