**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement SEO Strategies**: Design and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search visibility and user experience.
- **Off-Page Optimization**: Develop and execute link-building campaigns, outreach, and other off-page SEO techniques to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
- **Content Development**: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that meets user intent and aligns with SEO goals.
- **Technical SEO**: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site architecture, indexing, crawlability, page speed, and mobile optimization.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular SEO performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge techniques.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other marketing team members, developers, and designers to implement SEO recommendations and achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved search rankings.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- **Team Player**: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
