**Job Summary**:
SIMS Multispeciality Hospital, Nagaon, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Relationship Associate** to strengthen patient relationships and promote hospital services in the community. This is a 100% field role, requiring regular travel and strong interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community.
- Promote hospital services, offers, and healthcare packages through on-ground campaigns and field visits.
- Address patient inquiries, follow up on appointments, and handle service feedback.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital and external healthcare providers or community stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new patients and promote patient satisfaction.
- Develop and execute plans for community outreach and partnership building.
- Support marketing and promotional events to raise awareness of hospital services.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate or above (mandatory).
- **License & Vehicle**: Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler (motorcycle preferred).
- **Relocation**: Must be willing to relocate to Nagaon before starting the job.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer relations, sales, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
