- Good network troubleshooting skills with the Fair understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing protocols, switching
- Good Network troubleshooting skills with the Fair understanding of Switching, VLAN, STP, MSTP, RSTP,
- Good knowledge about firewalls, and MPLS
- Good Network troubleshooting skills with the Fair understanding of Tenant policies, access policies, Multisite and Multipod ACI design
- Evaluation of network performance and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems whenever needed.
- Defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls policies.
- Troubleshoots infrastructure performance and other irregularities

**Primary Skills**:

- Should have experience in CISCO ACI
- Should have experience in Firewall and security
- Should have experience in Routing and Switching

**Secondary Skills**:

- Knowledge on L2 and L3 protocol and devices
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on multiple hardware platforms i.e. Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, Cisco FTD.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
