We are looking for a talented and motivated **SEO Specialist** to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and ensuring our digital platforms remain optimised and competitive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1) Technical SEO Audits**:
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that impact search engine rankings. Optimise site speed, mobile performance, and overall website functionality.
- **2) On-Page and Off-Page SEO**:Develop and implement effective on-page SEO strategies, including content optimisation and keyword research.

Execute off-page SEO initiatives such as link building, guest blog postings, link exchange.
- **3) Performance Monitoring & Analytics**: Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Track and report on traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- **4) Industry Awareness & Strategy Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices. Analyse competitors SEO strategies and adapt techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- **5) Collaboration & Troubleshooting**: Work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all projects. Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues efficiently as they arise.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tag management.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Awareness of the latest trends and technologies in SEO and digital marketing.
