**CCTV Operator/Technician - Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices.
- Monitor live footage to detect suspicious or unusual activity.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of surveillance systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to video loss, poor image quality, or system failure.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of surveillance activities and equipment status.
- Collaborate with security teams and management to enhance system performance and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all security and privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A Minimum of **5 year** proven experience as a CCTV technician or operator.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, cabling, networking, and system integration.
- Familiarity with digital video recorders (DVR), network video recorders (NVR), and IP cameras.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work in various environments (indoors and outdoors).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in electronics, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
