**Purpose of the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable problem solver to join our marketing team. As Visual Design Intern at More, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our in-store and digital marketing. You will collaborate closely with brand manager, product managers and content strategy head to create high-quality user centric artworks that delight our customers.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- ** Conceptualize and Create Visuals**: Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.
- ** Execute Design Tasks**: Use design tools to execute design tasks and bring concepts to life.
- ** Maintain Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and mediums.
- ** Support Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in the development of visual elements for marketing campaigns, including digital advertisements, event promotions, and product launches.
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
- ** Stay Updated on Design Trends**: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar compositing and vector tools
- Knowledge of Figma to collaborate with product designers and developers
- Knowledge with Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion design for products is a plus
