**Job Title**:
To drive innovation and ensure the highest product quality standards through development, formulation, testing, and quality assurance of lubricants and greases in accordance with regulatory, customer, and internal specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize formulations for **automotive, industrial, and specialty lubricants** (e.g., engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, MWF, EDM oils, greases).
- Evaluate new base oils, additives, and raw materials for compatibility and performance.
- Work with additive suppliers for technology updates and performance trials.
- Benchmark and reverse engineer competitor products to enhance formulation strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- **B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry** or **B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Technology**.
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in the **lubricant or grease manufacturing industry** in R&D.
