Alpha Educational Services is looking for a professional ticket booking staff who have expertise in the following:
1. Assisting customers in booking tickets for flights, trains, buses, or events.

2. Providing information about available options, schedules, prices, and any special offers or promotions.

3. Processing ticket reservations and payments accurately and efficiently.

4. Handling inquiries, complaints, and requests for changes or cancellations.

5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding ticketing and customer service.

6. Maintaining accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions.

7. Collaborating with other staff members to address customer needs and maintain a smooth booking process.

8. Staying updated on changes in schedules, fares, and policies related to transportation or event tickets.

9. Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

10. Handling any issues or emergencies that may arise during the booking process or while customers are traveling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
