Must have experience of handling large migration projects to MS Dynamics 365 CRM would be an addon

Hands-on experience on customizations that includes Plugins, Custom Workflows, Reports & Dashboard and Integrations.

Experience in MS CRM 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools API s REST ODATA WebAPI SSRS packages.

Well versed with different versions of.NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server

Experience in using Azure services for integration Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream downstream systems integrations.

Good to have knowledge in reporting architecture and knowledge on Power BI.

Be accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership.

Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations implementations.

Ability to perform an assessment of the customer’s existing business and technology imperatives, goals and challenges.

Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.

Should be able to think independently and be solution driven.

Desire to work in a team environment and work across organization functional boundaries

Experience on Portal Implementations, Oracle Siebel Systems and Banking domain knowledge would be an added advantage

To have minimum 10 + years of experience working in multiple large-scale on perm Azure cloud implementation projects.
Participates in every aspect of the Azure solution implementation from start up, analysis, design and cut over to production
Review the current set up for client and provide improvement recommendations, Lead the Azure architecture for Clients Cloud Implementation, Improvement opportunities in cloud set up for client, Design the standards and guidelines for Cloud Azure set up, Onboard client team on new standards, Collaborate with client team to implement the enhancements to Azure cloud foundation
Should have experience in migrating on premise workloads to the cloud
Experience of consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects
Oversight experience on major transformation projects and successful transitions to implementation support team
Experience with Windows, Linux and Unix platforms
Good to have Experience with configuration management and automation technologies such as PowerShell DSC, Chef, ARM Templates, and Puppet
Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with one or more of the following programming languages: PowerShell, Bash,.Net,.Net Core, Java, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python

Preferably a certified Microsoft Azure Enterprise Architect
Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Willing to work in a coordinated way in a hybrid delivery model spanning across Geo's
Experience on Portal Implementations, Oracle Siebel CRM and Banking domain knowledge would be an added advantage
