Mumbai, India PLUTUS VENTURES Full time

ISR business development (BD) would be responsible for profiling, identifying, and attracting new customers with extended duties to maintain and grow current customer accounts. Also, facilitates customer-focused solutions to bring the best of all product offerings to the marketplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have a good understanding of Sales and preferably handle SME/SMB/MM/LE/VLE accounts earlier.
- Develop a database of qualified leads from the data assigned through telephone canvassing, cold calling, etc.
- Good knowledge and understanding also require articulating and evangelizing the value of IT Infra/IT Solution/End Computing/ hybrid cloud IT solutions in the current market.
- Knowledge of IT, Business partner sales, and pre-sales required.
- Should be able to build target segment list, identify RPC (Remote Procedure Call), ladder into an org to use references to connect with RPC.
- Ability to plan & execute strategy for achieving sales targets.
- Sales & target orientation & good track record on target achievement
- Prior experience in IT is preferable.

**Requirements**:

- MBA Graduate (Technical graduates preferred)
- Min 0-5 years of experience in IT Sales/Presales.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency
- Proactive about solving problems with excellent communication skills, go-getter, attitude, and self-driven.
- Experienced ISR with outbound/cold calling experience to enterprise clients will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,625.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
