As a Dispatch Incharge, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Incharge to manage and

organizational abilities, and a keen eye for logistics management. This role requires the ability to work well under

pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, and coordinate the dispatching of goods to customers according to established schedules and

priorities.

Supervise and oversee the daily activities of dispatch staff, including drivers, loaders, and dispatch

coordinators.

Assign routes and delivery schedules to drivers and ensure timely departure and arrival of vehicles.

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure that all vehicles are in proper working condition before

dispatch.

Track and record inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for dispatch.

Communicate effectively with sales team, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate delivery requirements

and address any issues or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs, route maps, and vehicle maintenance

reports.

Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to ensure the safety of dispatch staff and equipment.

Evaluate and optimize dispatch processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Train and mentor dispatch staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in dispatch operations, logistics management, or transportation coordination.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
