Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive (Tele Caller) at our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and converting them into customers. Your primary objective will be to promote our digital marketing services and solutions to businesses, helping them achieve their marketing goals and grow their online presence. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and pain points. Offer tailored solutions and packages that align with clients' objectives and budgets. Present persuasive pitches and proposals to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals. Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales cycle to nurture relationships and move them towards conversion. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies. Provide insights and feedback gathered from client interactions to improve sales tactics and marketing efforts. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming sessions to enhance skills and share best practices.

Pay: ₹8,384.22 - ₹25,000.00 per month
