Company looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a **Product and Brand Assistant**. Work **experience around 1 - 2 years**. All should have **experience in " Product Lines and Brand Strategies " and " Increase Brand Awareness "** - Designation**:Product and Brand Assistant**: - Location**:Near to Dwarka Sector - 19, New Delhi**: - Salary**:15,000 - 20,000 / Month** Note: - **Immediate Joiner Required**: - **Interview will be Conducted F2F**: - **No Virtual Round** **Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement comprehensive **brand strategies** that drive **growth**, **increase brand awareness**, and build brand loyalty. - Assist in the **development of new product lines**, from concept to launch. - **Maintain accurate product information**, pricing, and inventory levels. - Conduct **market research and analysis** to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including **product development, marketing**, and **sales**, to ensure **brand consistency across all channels**. - Conduct **market research** to identify **market trends** and consumer insights and leverage this information to develop effective brand strategies. - Continually **analyse** and optimise various **online and offline advertising campaigns**. - **Develop and implement sales strategies** to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives. - **Analyse sales data** and **market trends** to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - **Monitor brand performance** metrics and provide regular reports to the CEO. **Required skills**: - Bachelor's **degree in Marketing**, **Business** **Administration**, or a **related field**. - Proven track record of **developing and implementing successful brand strategies**. - **Minimum of 1 year of experience in product brand management**. - Excellent **leadership, communication, and project management skills**. - Strong **analytical skills** and the ability to make **data-driven decisions**. - Ability to **analyse sales data and market trends** to identify growth opportunities. - Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, particularly Excel. - **Excellent understanding of the cosmetics industry and market trends**. - Creative problem solver with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box. - Ability to work collaboratively in a **team environment**. **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Marketing: 1 year (preferred) - Facebook Advertising: 1 year (preferred) - Branding: 1 year (preferred) - Sales: 1 year (preferred) - Product management: 1 year (preferred) - Social media strategy: 1 year (preferred) - Strategic planning: 1 year (preferred) - Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9212149649
