**At Spoxtale you will learn how to build an idea into a draft and then how a draft would be turned an actual campaign. You would get to look at the entire creative experience into a designing process upclose and get your hands dirty with a couple of tools like Google Analytics, Google web Master, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, Quora Platform, Semrush, and other SMM & SEO tools. Understanding the feedback channel for campaigns is equally crucial and we take every millisecond saved seriously. We try to give you free hand and try not to micro-manage campaigns “almost everytime”..

Nothing at Spoxtale is small. We start with an induction process that demands you to go through all phases of digital campaigns and finally feedback from client/concerned party. You will get to work firsthand, with our Multi-genre client-side and understand the digital strategy pipelines. Yes, we stress a lot on the sense of ownership in everything we do.

To achieve any of this you need to understand the digital strategies but more importantly, you should be willing to learn at a very fast pace and be a Team player, not a lone-wolf. Not many interns can say “been there, done that”, but post this internship you will.

**What would your day look like**:

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective campaigns for digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Be involved in full-fledged campaign development. YES, YOU WOULD
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build brand persona with active inputs.
- Be part of daily scrums, ideate and brainstorm ideas with Managers, Mentors and show off your convincing skills

**Qualifications**:
**You’d fit right in if you have**:

- Have a solid understanding in Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- You are good at Creative-Thinking & up-to-date in the industry field
- Know and have good hands-on with digital marketing tools.
- Can do all activity in Digital Marketing concepts like SEO/SMO/SMM/SEM
- We would love to look at your digital portfolio.
- Have the right attitude, are a team player and an avid learner.
- Proficiency in English is a must
