Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer - Financial Services - Mumbai Purpose of Job: Serve as the process owner of all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies. Work with executive management to determine acceptable levels of risk for the organization. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. Enhance existing Security & Risk process, define new process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to manage, mitigate and minimize all company risks. Job Responsibility - Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program - Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes - Develop and enhance an information security management framework - Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization - Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns - Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems - Owner of all Audit and Compliance activities for Information Security and Cyber Security projects, processes and assets - Spearhead communication with all concerned regulatory bodies for Cyber Security measures and activities - Willingness to work from any company office and travel as necessary Key Skills: - Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams - Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services - Ability to present digital initiatives to CX stakeholders and represent the company on various platforms. - Knowledge/Experience of Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments - Preferred Mandatory: - CISO Certification. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity. - Thorough understanding of end-to-end process for engaging and reporting critical information with regulatory authorities in matters of Cyber Security, Information Security audits/compliances/breaches etc. - Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST. - Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best in class development practices Industry: - Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies - Experience working on Banking & Payment solutions, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, Peripheral solutions - Preferred - Familiarity with lending businesses spanning physical/digital/partner driven distribution models Gender: Open **Experience**: - Minimum 15 years’ total experience - Minimum 10 years’ experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies - Minimum 10 years’ experience in a combination of Risk Management, Information Security and IT jobs Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Working Days: 5 days Qualification: - Professional Degree in business administration or a technology-related field. - Post Graduate or Graduate (Eng.) in IT, CS from a recognized university - Post-graduation in Management from a recognized university - Preferred - Certifications / Certificate Courses on Cyber Security, Network Security, IT Management - Preferred Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only **Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies - Experience working on Banking & Payment solutions, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, Peripheral solutions - Preferred - Familiarity with lending businesses spanning physical/digital/partner driven distribution models - What is your current CTC? - What is your Expected CTC? - What is your notice period? **Education**: - Master's (preferred) **Experience**: - Financial services: 10 years (required) **Language**: - English
