As a Admission Councellor, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions regarding the product or service provided by the company.

**Responsibilities**
1. Guide Project Managers and Senior Executives in selecting a right certification course for their Career Advancement. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
3. Maintain lead status in the CRM and ensure that you prime the leads and get them to book various certification courses. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
4. Connect to executives who have joined the courses and help them out wherever they need. Help them with access to all the deliverables.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with the leads and students. Get further references from them for the upcoming batches.
6. Any work assigned for developing business

**Requirements**:

- All Graduation can apply
- Need excellent communication skills
- 70% job - Making calls to IT Talent and give details about company's courses
- Managing the chat box and providing all efficient details to the customer.
- Maintaining databases in Excel, sending mails, using the internet etc.
- 30% job - Administration & support activities as per instruction from seniors

**Office Hours: Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm**

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
