Store Keeper

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve ice cream, toppings, and other products accurately based on customer orders.
- Provide recommendations on flavors and special products.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and politely.
- **Sales and Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and give correct change.
- Accurately process card payments and handle refunds when necessary.
- Promote special offers and upsell products to increase sales.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including serving counters, seating areas, and storage spaces.
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are followed for food handling.
- Regularly clean equipment, such as ice cream machines, scoops, and counters.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels of ice cream, toppings, cones, and other supplies.
- Restock shelves, freezers, and topping stations as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and managing deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to avoid shortages and minimize waste.
- **Product Quality**:

- Ensure ice cream and toppings are stored at appropriate temperatures and conditions to maintain quality.
- Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
- Assist in the preparation of special items, such as milkshakes, sundaes, and other desserts.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work alongside other staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Assist in training new employees in store procedures and customer service standards.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding store needs, issues, and customer feedback.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including local food safety laws.
- Report any hazards or issues to the store manager for immediate resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or food service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to handle freezer conditions when stocking ice cream.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
