**About the role**:
We’re hiring a PR & Partnerships Executive to help shape public perception and grow brand visibility through smart media outreach and meaningful collaborations. You’ll be the go-to for crafting compelling narratives, managing press relationships, and identifying brand-aligned partnership opportunities that drive reach, relevance, and reputation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Find and coordinate with influencers, creators, media partners, and communities.
- Initiate barter, paid, or partnership collaborations for brand visibility.
- Help draft PR pitches, outreach messages, and follow-up sequences.
- Align with campaign themes and push UGC, founder stories, or campaign highlights.
- Maintain a tracker for outreach efforts, follow-ups, and results.
**Tools & Skills Required**:
- 1-3 years experience in PR, influencer management, or B2B partnerships
- Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
- Networking flair and ability to drive inbound leads.
**Collaboration & Interlink**:
- Receives campaign goals and briefs from the Creative Strategist.
- Distributes final visuals and videos from the Designer and the Videographer.
- Reports collaboration metrics and outcomes to the digital marketing lead.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
