COMPANY DESCRIPTION

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with the MicroStrategy architecture, Admin Certification Preferred
- Install, Configure and Patch Server Components
- Familiar with AWS, Unix
- Follow up with Tech Support on Open Cases with product.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Server Issues
- Deploy and Manage Packages; User Management, Schedule Management, Governing Settings best practices

**Requirements**:

- MicroStrategy
- Worked on MicroStrategy Version 10.4 and Above
- 5-7 years of MicroStrategy Admin experience
- Familiar with Enterprise Manager reporting to build audit performance dashboards
- Experience in MSTR installation in the Unix platform.
- Should be able to set up the MicroStrategy Server
- Should be able to successfully bring up Hyper Intelligence Module and support and assistance
- Databases
- Experience in any of the following databases (HANA, Snowflake, MYSQL)
- Strong SQL Skills
- Soft Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work Independently
- Good Documentation Skills
- Must be a team player
- Experience in Cloud Area
- Good to Have
- SDK Skills
- Transaction Services knowledge
- Mobile iOS SDK Skills
