We are looking for a Motivated and Smart individual to make all necessary Purchases and manage our Hotel/ Restaurant Store.

You will be required to:
1. Identify new vendors, Manage all vendors and place orders.
2. Plan purchasing of the company.
3. Make daily purchases as per demand.
4. Maintain store stock record, identify demand and ensure stock availability at all times.
5. Keep track of prices and purchase accordingly.
6. Able to negotiate with vendors for the best interests of the company.
7. Work with honesty and integrity.
8. Daily feeding on software, Maintain all reports.
9. Keep purchase costs as low as possible.
10. Knowledge about groceries, food ingredients, vegetables is necessary for this job.
- Computer proficiency is required as you will be expected to create and maintain - reports and feed data as well.
- Previous Hotel experience is mandatory.
- You need to be comfortable with going out and making physical purchases if needed.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
