Factory Helper

Responsibilities:
Assist in the production process by performing tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or products within the factory.

Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision after adequate training.

Support the assembly line by providing assistance to machine operators and production staff as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the factory floor to ensure a safe working environment.

Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

Help in loading and unloading materials or finished products onto trucks or storage areas.

Perform quality checks on products and report any defects or issues to supervisors.

Assist in inventory management by counting and organizing stock as required.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Undertake any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor or management to support factory operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
