**Responsibilities**:

- Supervises daily work flow of a small team by assigning projects and Tracking deliverables.
- Applies good knowledge of technical and professional principles, concepts, and in depth knowledge of team objectives as they pertain to Ops Accounting.
- Direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided through activities performed by the team. Oversees the accounting activity related multiple operations within the business and the maintenance of the General ledger.
- Typically Responsible for identifying and resolving basic/routine problems with broader departmental impact within established procedures.
- Responsible for monitoring quantity and quality of work and providing feedback to subordinates on performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge on Chargeback process
- Knowledge on Association framework & settlements
- Knowledge on UAE Wealth business
- 5-8 years of experience in an accounting role with limited experience in people management.
