Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
Ensure Smooth and Safe Plant operation during Shift.

Key Individual Accountabilities
 Ensure Compliance to all safety & environment Procedures

 Follow and ensure that all SOPs are followed and adhered to

 Handle emergencies

 Monitor product quality and take corrective action in case of deviation from standards

 Maintain the records of various inventories and prepare SAP indent for various requirements

 Hand over take over charge during shift changes

 Identified the abnormalities & rectify with service department

 Ensure all work started with proper work permit

 Ensure Smooth and safe operation of equipment

 Attend any of the plant problem as and when required.

 Maintain logbooks of the shift.

 Ensure all storm water drains should be clean and dry

 Ensure adherence of all safety procedure

 Ensure Housekeeping of area and Equipments

 Over and above any other responsibility assigned by the reporting Manager

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
- Dip Chemical/B Sc. Chemistry with experience of 3-10 years in continous process Plant.
- Knowledge about Safety & Occupational Health requirements.
- Should have knowledge of ISO standards and procedures.
