**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **classroom and online training sessions** on MEAN & MERN stack technologies.
- Deliver lectures on **frontend (Angular, React)** and **backend (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB)** concepts with real-world examples.
- Design and implement **hands-on projects, coding challenges, and assignments**.
- Stay updated with the latest frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
- Assist in **curriculum design, content creation, and improvement** of training materials.
- Evaluate learners’ performance through **assessments, code reviews, and feedback sessions**.
- Provide **career mentorship** to students aspiring for roles in full-stack development.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, or related field**.
- Minimum **4 years of experience** in **MEAN & MERN stack development and training**.
- Strong knowledge of:

- **Frontend**: Angular, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- **Backend**: Node.js, Express.js
- **Database**: MongoDB, SQL (preferred)
- **Version Control**: Git/GitHub
- RESTful API design & integration
- Knowledge of **deployment (AWS, Docker, CI/CD)** is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach with practical examples.
