Associate - Ai Efficiency (Commerce Field)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in basic accounting tasks including data entry, Tally operations, and bank reconciliations.
- Support balance sheet and ledger reconciliation.
- Implement and manage AI-based solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel automations, OCR tools) for routine tasks.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and create AI-driven workflows to optimize them.
- Coordinate with teams to train and onboard staff on basic AI tools.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Com or similar degree in Commerce or Finance.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, Google Workspace, and Excel macros.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with AI or automation tools (no formal training required - self-learners welcome).
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance is a plus.
