We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Interns to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and driving sales growth for the company. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (e.g., online directories, social media, industry events).
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Schedule and coordinate sales appointments.
- Provide support to the sales team during sales calls and client meetings.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or an equivalent degree with a major in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred).
