Position Title: SR. SEO Executive

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our team and drive organic growth through technical SEO strategies and optimization techniques. As an SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our website. You will be responsible for implementing and managing various SEO strategies, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, conducting keyword research and analysis, and monitoring analytics to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies align with best practices.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

2. Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to enhance website performance, crawlability, and indexability.

3. Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure for improved search engine visibility.

4. Execute off-page optimization strategies including link building, guest blogging, and outreach campaigns to increase domain authority and backlink profile.

5. Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.

6. Collaborate with content marketing team to optimize existing content and develop new content aligned with SEO best practices.

7. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

8. Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

9. Drive e-commerce SEO initiatives to improve product visibility, enhance user experience, and increase conversions.

10. Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Keyword Research, Data Studio, and other SEO analytics platforms to track performance and ROI.

11. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- In-depth understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Iarch Console, and other SEO tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce SEO strategies and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Pay: From ₹3,500,000.00 per year
