Salesforce Principal Architect

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This role will work with client solution architects, project managers, business champions, and other developers.
- Establish standards and processes for all technical work to ensure that all development and solutions are scalable, secured, and easy to maintain.
- Participate in architectural, design & code reviews while establishing and maintaining best practices.
- Engage in presales, customer solutions, and brainstorming product ideas with prospects.
- Develop learning content and training strategy and mentor developers at all levels, evangelizing capabilities leveraging the latest technologies.

**WORK LOCATION**:

- Raipur (Chhattisgarh) / Pune (Maharashtra) India

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Over 10 years of IT experience with at least 6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce lead or developer providing customization, development, and enhancement for Salesforce Applications.
- At least 3 years as Architect or Technical Lead performing design reviews, code reviews, and deployments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Lightning Flows is required.
- Expert in development using Apex and LWC.
- Must have working experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of API integration with third-party services and systems. Experience in integration with ERP/SAP will be preferred.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks like creating roles, profiles, users, validation rules, page layouts, process builder automation, actions, reports, and approval processes.
