**INTERIOR DESIGNER**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop design concepts and space planning for commercial facilities.
- Prepare detailed design layouts, including floor plans, elevations, and 2D, 3D renderings.(preferred)
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to timelines.
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials and furnishings.
- Oversee the implementation of designs on-site, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial and turnkey projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and 3D Max.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for commercial office environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
