**Position: Business Controller** EXP: 8 - 10 Years NP - Immediate to 45 Days Work Location - Hosur Role Description: - Maximise prices for the products with attractive quality, features, perceived value & benchmarking with competition products in the segment - Improve effectiveness of Marketing spends by Analysing channel wise spend vs Market share growth with regional split - Leverage decision support system to improve contribution and reduce expenses and wastage by analysing the benchmarking with competition, product mix, plant and geo mix - Analyse and improve all the parameters of Product cost to increase the profitability - Actively use decision support system for cost & investment and continuously improve for its effectiveness - Simulate various scenarios to evaluate the outcomes of certain risk factors - Partnering with OOG, OFG and COFE teams to help them understand the key drivers of Cost in their respective areas and identify projects leading to Revenue / Cost improvements to increase the - Profitability (EBITDA Projects) - Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Support inventory management, pricing strategies, and supply chain optimization" - Digitize or automate recurring MIS Reports including CAME dashboard to help OOG on improving visibility on live profitability. **Requirements**: "CA / ICWA with 8 - 10 years’ experience in handling business finance with a focus on manufacturing or automotive industry Requirements **Skills**: - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong leadership & Collaboration skills - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - Are you a Qualified CA/CMA/ICWA? **Education**: - Master's (required) **Experience**: - total work: 8 years (required) Work Location: In person
