**Job Description**:
As a UI/UX Designer Intern at Reincofusion Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects while gaining hands-on experience in designing user-centered interfaces. You will collaborate with our experienced design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance user experience and meet client requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, such as colors, typography, and visual style, across various platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Contribute to team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of design principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Familiarity with creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively articulate design decisions.

Internship Duration and Job Opportunity:
Stipend:
During the internship period, you will receive a monthly stipend of INR 6,000.

Contract length: 4-6 months

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
