**Full job description**:
Conduct regular classes for Physics preparation for JEE and NEET aspirants. Develop and update course materials, practice tests, and assignments. Identify student learning needs and tailor teaching methods accordingly, Track and report student progress and provide feedback.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Academic Instruction**
Deliver engaging and concept-based lectures aligned with the NCERT/State Board and CBSE syllabus for Class 11th and 12th.
Explain core Physics concepts using real-life examples, analogies, and visual aids.
Cover both theoretical and numerical aspects of each topic.
**2. Competitive Exam Preparation.**
Prepare students for entrance exams such as NEET, JEE (Main/Advanced), and EAMCET.
Conduct focused practice sessions on MCQs, assertion-reason, match the column, and numerical problems.
Teach exam-oriented shortcuts, problem-solving strategies, and time-management techniques.
**3. Content & Resource Development.**
Develop lesson plans, notes, concept maps, worksheets, and test papers.
Design unit tests, chapter-wise quizzes, mock tests, and full-length practice exams.
**4. Performance Assessment.**
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
Analyze test results to identify weak areas and provide targeted support.
Maintain academic records and share progress reports with students and administration.
**5. Doubt Resolution & Mentoring.**
Organize and conduct doubt-clearing sessions after regular classes.
Provide individual attention and mentoring for students needing extra support.
Motivate students and address academic stress, especially during exam periods.
**6. Lab & Demonstration Support.**
Supervise practical sessions and ensure lab safety and equipment use.
Demonstrate experiments or simulations to reinforce theory.
**Qualifications**:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field.
Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary : Negotiable.**
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
