**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute daily social media activities across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, and reels) tailored to each platform.
- Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement.
- Plan and implement WhatsApp marketing campaigns to target specific audiences.
- Optimize social media profiles and posts for SEO to increase organic reach.
- Analyze social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, or other relevant platforms and suggest improvements.
- Research current trends and competitors to enhance our social media strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp for business.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
