Paint Matcher for Aerosol

As a Paint Matcher in the aerosol industry, your primary responsibility will be to accurately match and formulate paint colors for aerosol products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the color consistency and quality meet the established standards. This position requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of color theory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Color Matching**: Utilize color-matching tools, spectrophotometers, and other equipment to match paint colors precisely according to customer specifications.
- **Formulation**: Develop and formulate paint recipes and formulas for aerosol products, considering factors such as pigments, resins, and solvents to achieve the desired color and finish.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough quality control checks on the produced paint samples to ensure they meet industry and company standards for color accuracy, consistency, and durability.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of color formulas, adjustments, and specifications. Keep comprehensive documentation of all color matching activities for future reference and quality assurance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including production, research and development, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation in the paint manufacturing process.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve any color-related issues that may arise during production, ensuring mínimal downtime and maintaining production schedules.
- **Research and Development**: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in color matching techniques. Contribute to the research and development of improved color-matching processes and technologies.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with customers, providing technical support and addressing any color-related inquiries or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry certifications in color matching may be advantageous.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in color matching within the aerosol or paint industry. Familiarity with aerosol production processes is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using color matching tools, spectrophotometers, and other relevant equipment. Knowledge of paint formulations, pigments, and resins.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and precision in color matching to ensure the production of high-quality aerosol paint products.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve color-related issues efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and customers effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
