**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Analyze user requirements and assist in developing functional specifications.
- Support testing activities, including writing and executing test cases and documenting results.
- Document technical processes, system designs, and project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
