s a **Café Captain**, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service excellence, and leading the café team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will oversee order management, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction while upholding hygiene and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Experience**: Ensure high-quality service, greet guests warmly, and address any concerns promptly.
- **Order Management**: Oversee order taking, food & beverage service, and timely delivery.
- **Team Supervision**: Train and guide café staff, ensuring adherence to service protocols.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the kitchen, and place orders as needed.
- **Billing & Cash Handling**: Ensure accurate billing and manage daily sales reports.
- **Cleanliness & Hygiene**: Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing café events or promotions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:
