**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Strategy**:Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the overall technical strategy aligned with business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Project Management**:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within established timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between engineering and other departments.
- **Technical Excellence**:Drive a culture of technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex technical challenges.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities. Communicate engineering strategies, progress, and challenges to the executive team.

**Job Requirement**
- 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering with at least 5+ years as an engineering leader in a software product company.
- Require **deep technical knowledge** in Software Product Engineering using **Java/J2EE, multhreading, data structures, collections, OOPS,synchronization, Algorithm, Microservices, Springboot, Node.js, React.js, fullstack, NosqlDB, mongodb, cassandra, neo4j, elastic search, kibana, elk, kafka, redis, kubernetes.**:

- Key Programming Skills: Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies
- High technical credibility - ability to audit technical decisions and push for the best solution to a problem.
- Experience building E2E Application right from backend database to persistent layer.
- Experience UI technologies Angular, react.js, Node.js or fullstack environment will be preferred.
- Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, Dynamodb, etc.)
- Experience in developing Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology.
- Good understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr etc.
- SaaS cloud-based platform exposure.
- A track record of setting and achieving high standards
- Strong understanding of modern technology architecture
- Key Programming Skills: Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies
- Must have very hands on work experience on CORE JAVA concepts like multhreading, data structures, collections, OOPS,synchronization, Algorithm etc.
- Excellent team building, mentoring and coaching skills are a must-have
